We had a really nice stay in Durham adjacent to the on-site shop which stocked most basics, the lovely beach and the sea. Had everything we needed, would definitely recommend...

Mark, the owner, was incredibly helpful and even gave me his personal mobile number to ensure I had a smooth experience. the caravan was spotless and well-equipped, with a lovely sea view from the front room window. the heating system was efficient, and the powerful shower with adjustable hot water was a bonus. the campsite was quiet, and the staff were friendly. I also enjoyed the on-site shop and the swimming pool. a great Monday to Friday break!

Mark, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless experience. He greeted us upon arrival, showed us how to use the app for key access, and remained easily reachable on WhatsApp throughout our stay. Mark's patience in giving us directions and ensuring we didn't get lost, especially as visitors from Singapore, was greatly appreciated. the location is quiet and safe, perfect for family bonding or a personal retreat. We also enjoyed the wide range of TV channels, including access to Netflix and Prime, which was especially great for cozy nights in during the winter season. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 👍.

The communication with the owner was excellent, he was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in. The caravan had a lovely wrap-around balcony which would be fantastic in nice weather. The heating system and all appliances were good and easy to use. The location of the park was great, with a beautiful sea view and a short walk to the sandy beach.
The availability of choice of food in the on-site restaurant was bad, and the quality of the food was not great. It was expensive and more like a microwave meal.

He was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable with the locking master key system. the caravan had a lovely wrap-around balcony, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. the bedding and pillows were of nice quality and comfortable.
The availability of food in the boat house was disappointing. Most of the menu options were not available and the food I did manage to get was only lukewarm and not great.
